We are not a franchise. We are not a volume-based listing service. Thireon manages exactly 8 premium properties in Oia and Finikia.
Why? Because hospitality in the Caldera isn't about automated emails. It's about knowing exactly which tile needs grout, which guest is nervous about the steps, and being there at 3 AM when the ferry is delayed. We manage less so we can care more.
